I may be wrong but I really think this is going to backfire on this Jerk. Normal, intelligent people know exactly what happened and are witnessing how the administration is purposely dividing the country along racial lines rather than bringing people together. Hopefully this will lead to the Republicans winning majorities in the House AND Senate. | ||

Yea I was pulled over and searched multiple times as a teen and talked down to by police in my youth because of the clothes I wore. I don't call it profiling though I call it statistics. Since I had a good father in my life though I knew better than to get mouthy with the police. Black children are not so fortunate but that isn't my fault. I can only do so much as to not support and voice opposition to the "social engineers" of progressives and "community leaders" who don't like to talk about the breakdown of the black family. Instead they want to teach victimhood and entitlement. | ||

This case is the first time I've ever used twitter search. I've never posted. Probably not the best topic to use as a judge for twitter but it's made me not want to go back. So the neighborhood watch guy who stood up for homeless black folk and wanted to be a peace officer is a puke? Maybe. I don't know the guy. At this point if NBC tells me something, I consider it a rumor. Not a credible source. I'm more likely to believe Boys Life. Now, I'm not sure Martin deserves all the crap he's been accused of either. I don't know that he was a druggie, ( though it sure looks that way ) And it's possible to have a violent incident without being a sociopath, or just a bad seed. And I don't Know for sure Martin was in the act of a hate crime when he was shot. That crap came from a female friend that's the title of the thread. For all I know, Zimmerman may have said something to cause such a suspicion. But. There is ample evidence from the multiple 911 calls that the action had broken off, and George was returning to his truck. In New York State the law is clear. ( and I bet you NY is stricter than FL ) Once the 2 parties have separated, the legal reality resets. as an example, If I wave my weenie at you and proposition you at 10:10 pm. and you walk away, You can feel free to call the cops and turn me in. If you THEN at 10:15 follow me back to my car and jump me, You are the responsible party. What happens next is your fault, legal, moral, and real. ( there are exceptions to this, but you need a damn good lawyer and a damn good reason, and you have to convince a jury. ) I do know that when someone is on top of you beating you "to death" that you have a completely reasonable belief that you are in danger, and you can then use deadly force. Anyone who tells you different, is either a fool, a liar, or has his political head so far up his..... that he deserves to be in the same situation. ( being beaten to death by a bigger person ) Now I don't intend to actually advocate such a lesson, but by golly they deserve it. Life is unfair, eh? | ||
