Rest assured, if any 'community leader' from POTUS on down comments on the event in Oklahoma, it will be to say the 'oppressive, racist attitudes in our society' served to 'deny them opportunities' that they deserved, and that the solution is 'more programs' and an 'increase in the minimum wage' to eliminate 'burger-flipping jobs' and allow 'real careers'.
NO mention will be made about personal responsibility. |

What if the shooter tweeted 6 months before the murder of a white man that "90% of white people are nasty"? Is that enough to declare it a racially motivated murder?
What if the shooter tweeted something along the lines of "I knocked out 5 whites since the Zimmerman trial"? Is it then enough?
And if that is the case, do the people who lied to promote the "racial motivation" narrative for the Zimmerman case have culpability for this murder? Is there blood on the hands of the producer that edited the tape of the Zimmerman 911 call to make it appear racially motivated? |

At this point you would have no duty to retreat since the attack had already commenced. Duty to Retreat essentially means that you have the obligation to remove yourself from a situation that is taking a turn for the worse BEFORE drawing a weapon. As soon as someone initiates the hostile action you do have the legal right to defend yourself with lethal force |

Someone else attacks you, in force. A gun is nothing buy a force equalizer... Kansas may not have 'castle' or 'stand your ground' laws, but you'd have a hard time convicting one person in a fight against three. |

Seriously? Picking on Rev. Jackson? Just because he's an extortionist living on hate and race? I understand he ran with MLK's folk, but that was a lifetime ago.

What good would it do Rev Sharpton to attack black on XXX violence? Wouldn't get him anything. He has a great lifestyle, and doesn't pay taxes on it, because even his suits are "loaned" to him. Smart guy. I think he's evil, since he doesn't care who he gets killed, but that's not the point.

Just get over it. Bitching about pro exploiters does you no good. If they come around and try to extort from YOU let us know. Until then, nothing honest people will say is useful. He's protected.
"Stand your ground" has NOTHING to do with either the Zimmerman case or the Aussie killed by "bored" teens. Zip.

News reports like this are making me see why the statistics I posted in this thread July 18th, are the way they are.
Specifically, why the numbers(from DOJ) showed blacks committing hate crimes at a rate 30x that of whites.
These random attacks that are bragged about on social media are racially motivated hate crimes.
They're just not reported in the news until someone dies and even then it rarely goes national. |

Yeah, I too noticed that FB1 made a satirical comment. It was spot on as FB1 is an excellent writer and commentator and the "father comment" provided humorous insight that Obama is a blooming idiot unqualified for his job.

Reindog, my father died of a brain aneurysm in 1987; he was in his early 70's. It was sudden and unexpected, and he went quickly. It tore me up.
When I read the story last night of Mr. Belton being savagely beaten and left for dead by these two thugs, it made my heart ache. Why would someone commit such a heinous act?
The man lived to be 89 years old, apparently still fully functioning on his own. He fought for our country in WWII, and received a Purple Heart in so doing.
And two young punks kick the shit outta this dear man. Why? Is this sort of behavior what Dear Leader wanted when he turned the Zimmerman/Martin case into international news?
The cynic in me says yes. 0bama has proven, repeatedly, that he's a racist, as has our Attorney General.
What is it they're trying to accomplish?
Is the blood from this murder on their hands?

Race has everything to do with this case. It is a racial motivated hate crime. The man was killed because he was white (and old so he couldn't fight back).
I, like a good number of other people, are tired of this $hit. I'm tired of some hand-wringing, bleeding heart sob telling me it's my fault. Until the black community holds themselves responsible - as in seeing that their kids are educated, have respect for authority and stop feeling entitled - these types of stories will continue. First, a LOT of this "black on black/white/hispanic" crime crap comes from pundits trying to make the point that Holder, etc. are racist thugs. Thats true, but it also shows a nasty streak of racism among the pundits.
Use salt while listening to them. Repeating their crap does not make you look better.
Second. Sharpton, etc. the race exploiters are never going to address the real issues. That would put them out of a job, ( a VERY well paying one ) and expecting that is like expecting Tony Soprano to support drug legalization. Silly. These criminals are not going to support losing their income.
Third. Yes, Jackson, etc. are VERY responsible for the atrocities they pimp. The multiple "this is for Trayvon" attacks ARE something they bear responsibility for, as does the Prez, and none of that is going to deter their evil in any way.
Like the Taliban and the Mob, they take credit, not blame, and certainly not responsibility.
Fourth. It looks like the Zimmerman case is one of hate crime. But. That info comes from the titular woman of this thread, who lied under oath. On talk shows, while enjoying her 15 minutes, she stated that Martin intended to attack Zimmerman, for gay hate reasons.
Martin's dead, so there is no way to prosecute, or even properly accuse him of hate crime, but it seems likely, especially in the face of the evil racism and hate speech of the DHS employee noted above.
Protest injustice, but don't let yourself get drawn into the cycle of racism and hate that is the Point & Purpose of the evil people that would manipulate you.
Mostly into ignoring the True Injustice of the criminal activities of this Administration and it's illegal use of the IRS as an extortion, and Violation of free speech tool.
That is the REAL crime here, and it's ongoing.
