Blake, I'm surprised at you. Here we have a perfectly innocent thread just lilting along like a canoe on a peaceful stream and you have to lob in a dog crap infested flaming paper bag with a comment, "I like cheese burritos."
Now is that just a standard common or garden burrito covered in what passes for cheese in Texas, or is this some kind of veggie option of the burrito world.
What kind of cheese? (melted is NOT an acceptable answer)
I gotta stick by my principles. Cheese burritos rule! If you don't already know that, then you're obviously deficient in the most basic of manly culinary tastes. Now hang your head and go think about the shame you've brought to your family.
Innes,
Fresh mozzarella, but not on top, wrapped inside a Mission brand flour tortilla. Wrap with paper towel, microwave for thirty seconds, done. Need the outside for scooping the salsa with extra garlic. It's warm chewy goodness.
I've never had a cheese burrito, but I love good cheese enchiladas. Monterey Jack cheese rolled in a corn tortilla and covered with a good Mole and more cheese is close to the meals served in heaven.
Captain Suck? As in the head sucker? Better sucker than all the other suckers. So much so that he was recognized for his superior suckership skills and became the Captainmost sucker.
Well around here I am a left over disposal. Oh yes. If I don't eat them, they get tossed. Then the cheap Dad in me erupts like a volcano of lost profit!
