Jon, I gotta stick by my principles. Cheese burritos rule! If you don't already know that, then you're obviously deficient in the most basic of manly culinary tastes. Now hang your head and go think about the shame you've brought to your family. Innes, Fresh mozzarella, but not on top, wrapped inside a Mission brand flour tortilla. Wrap with paper towel, microwave for thirty seconds, done. Need the outside for scooping the salsa with extra garlic. It's warm chewy goodness. | ||

I've never had a cheese burrito, but I love good cheese enchiladas. Monterey Jack cheese rolled in a corn tortilla and covered with a good Mole and more cheese is close to the meals served in heaven. | ||

A burrito has meat. And or beans. No meat or beans, its a quesadilla, or perhaps some sort of (shudder) wrap. Sort of like chile. You can have beans with chile, but you can't have chile without meat. Now cheese is good and all, just sayin'... ; | ||

I think a good mole would improve most burritos. Saw a bevy of HAWWT tamales at work tonite, thought about a Brad sandwich... got a chubby. Things didn't suck too bad. | ||
