Congrats good sir! You and all the other "old-timers" on here have helped, inspired, and motivated me through the years. I mostly lurk, don't post much, but have read volumes written by all of you. Three cheers for a great community on a wonderful site! And as has been said, nice purchase sir. Civilization gets quite annoying at times and that looks like a beautiful place to call yours.

Thanks everyone! It's a freaking rain forest here, we've had rain upon rain. The place is growing like mad. I'm fixin' to get ready to build our cabin, got most all the material, just waiting for a dry weekend to get started. There are some AWESOME roads up this way, the Buell is very at home |

Guess what Mike! We ride Wolf Pen Gap when on the East Side of the Great North Georgia Mountains. It looks like we'll be riding Cow Pen Road On the West Side LOL! Looks like an awesome loop. There's Old Highway 2, to Cow Pen, to Mill Creek... I'm gonna have some fun exploring around here!

Dave,I've ridden Old Hwy 2 with a friend who knows the roads in that part of Georgia.I remember great roads and the rush of discovering new roads. You get stuck in a rut of riding the same roads all the time (not that they are bad roads) and don't discover new ones. |
