I have to wonder do we really want the lefties in office

is this how
Obama, Biden, Reid, Pelosi, Feinstien think

Its odd, written comments like these uttered here in NC constitute hate speech and could and likely would land you in jail

The lefts disconnect from the realities of life are disconcerting and troubling....

This http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/ju risprudence/2008/03/putting_the_second_amendment_s econd.single.html

has an interesting analysis. The Ninth Amendment that states "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by the people" affirms that since Americans have always had free ownership of guns, with no serious question for the great bulk of history, it is our right and can't be taken away. There is more to read there, too. It slaps down the statists who want to control everyone else. In England, lockback knives are banned, no matter how short the blade is; just a sample of where incrementalism leads.

There are no Common Law Courts operating. When push comes to shove 'The Constitution' means nothing. Big subject, not discussed, always denied.

"Part of the answer as to why so many good and intelligent people have struggled to see that virtually all courts in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and most other Western-Roman places are operating in admiralty is the lack of full knowledge as to just how "large" admiralty law truly is."

Canon 6806
"While the codes, laws and practices decorating the interior of court rooms may vary in different jurisdictions, the presence of a specific flag and ensign of admiralty authority within a court room has always denoted specific power and authority since the 18th Century and if argued as purely ceremonial is an admission of fraud and treason by both the court and officials making such claims:

(i) In the United States, the presence of a gold fringed flag in a court room is a formal claim of the court being Admiralty. Any contrary claim is an admission of abuse of official seals and signs and subject to serious criminal penalties; and

(ii) In British plantations, the presence of the State flag, whether or not it is gold trimmed is also recognized as an admiralty flag."

Negative Consequences of NY Newspaper’s Bad Journalism Continue to Mount
Posted by Bryan Jacoutot Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 12:44pm

A couple of weeks ago, a New York based newspaper called the Journal News took it upon themselves to aggregate and publish the names and addresses of all legal gun-permit owners in the region.

The backlash was swift, prompting unified outcries for the paper to take down the locations from their online affiliate site, lohud.com. Critics claimed it would enable criminals to more easily identify the which homes to break in to, putting many residents in serious danger

In response to the public reaction, the Journal News not only said that they would not take down the current list, but would seek to add to it.

...The serious consequences of that ethical impropriety are now showing through, and the public outcry is growing louder.

Law enforcement officials from a New York region where a local paper published a map identifying gun owners say prisoners are using the information to intimidate guards.

Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco, who spoke at a news conference flanked by other county officials, said the Journal News’ decision to post an online map of names and addresses of handgun owners Dec. 23 has put law enforcement officers in danger.

quote:

“They have inmates coming up to them and telling them exactly where they live. That’s not acceptable to me,” Falco said, according to Newsday.

It’s not just law enforcement officials who are in danger.

Legis. Aron Wieder (D-Spring Valley) called the publication of the list “irresponsible journalism” and said he now fears for his safety because the map broadcast that he does not have a gun license. At the news conference Friday morning, he handed a $150 certified check and a completed pistol permit application to Rockland County Clerk Paul Piperato.

quote:

“I never owned a gun but now I have no choice,” Wieder said. “I have been exposed as someone that has no gun. And I’ll do anything, anything to protect my family.”

Hi Fb1. Best wishes to you for this new year.

"Gary, I think I've asked you this before: If YOU were here (in the USA), what would you do?

No, not what would you say, what would you DO?"

I would do exactly what I am doing here. Discovering the truth of how I gave away my powers, and seeking to reclaim them. It is not easy. It takes a lot of research. It takes a lot of time. It is a lonely cause. I've come to the conclusion that only I can do it. Nobody can re-present me, or do it for me.

The control system is not going to suddenly announce one day that it has decided to give up control. There would be no purpose for it's existence.

How could I tell you what to do unless you allow me to? And we are flesh and blood. Governments are fictions. They exist in our heads as entities. Stand outside Congress early one day and ask each 'person' who enters if they are the 'government'. Bet no one will say they are. So how can a fiction tell you what to do?

Fictions can only deal with fictions, and they made one for you. You are an agent for that fiction. Learn how to use it.

Every interaction other than personal is business under UCC, which is Maritime Law. Offers and acceptance of contracts, whether you realise it or not. Acquiescence is consent.

When you enrolled to 'vote' you gave authority of acceptance to the outcome. Whining and whinging puts you in dishonour.

I watched the Bill Whittle 'Rule of Lawlessness' you posted. As usual Bill is doing a lot of whining. Here is a link to a site, one of many. Read it if you will, think about it, then watch Bill again. He really doesn't have a leg to stand on does he? He also speaks of 'Laws' when he means Statutes, and statutes only apply to government employees.

http://usa-the-republic.com/revenue/true_history/C hap8.html

Here is another link. Peruse this and discover the meaning and background of words we use every day, and in doing so give away our rights.

http://one-evil.org/lexica/en/letter/A.html

There are many people in the lower control system who are good people. Most of them have absolutely no idea what is going on. Clueless.

Regaining our sovereignty one at a time is the only way we can win. We have to lead ourselves. Education and self responsibility is a huge task and not for everyone, but here's the good news:
"Scientists at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have found that when just 10 percent of the population holds an unshakable belief, their belief will always be adopted by the majority of the society."
The findings were published in the July 22, 2011, early online edition of the journal Physical Review E in an article titled “Social consensus through the influence of committed minorities.”

http://news.rpi.edu/update.do?artcenterkey=2902

Finally, if I were in America, I'd be armed and ready, and I'd be prepared to take a stand if necessary. I can't help but think that the men behind the green curtain wish that to happen, so I might just run away instead, just to piss them off :-).

Hi Fb1. Best wishes to you for this new year.
And to you, sir.

I would do exactly what I am doing here. Discovering the truth of how I gave away my powers, and seeking to reclaim them.
What, specifically, are you doing to "reclaim" your powers? Not trying to be a smart-ass, or trying to dig "too" deep, but above and beyond educating yourself (and us), what do/can you do? What do/can I do?

I watched the Bill Whittle 'Rule of Lawlessness' you posted. As usual Bill is doing a lot of whining.
Or, you could take the high road and say that he's trying to get us to think, trying to get us to question what's going on, trying to educate us, but doing it in a manner that takes six or seven minutes as opposed to an hour and a half...

I haven't read the report, but I agree with the premise (and it explains why the mainstream media is such a hugely important and powerful tool for the frikkin' libs...)

Finally, if I were in America, I'd be armed and ready, and I'd be prepared to take a stand if necessary.
You've no doubt seen the reports on gun and ammo sales of late here in the USA. I'm thinking their are plenty of Americans who agree with you...

I can't help but think that the men behind the green curtain wish that to happen...
I've had similar thoughts.

...so I might just run away instead, just to piss them off :-).
Tempting! : )

No, not really. Can't afford to, for one, and it's not what George Washington would do.

Best,
FB

I'm reluctant to get too specific on a forum. Suffice to say that I have no T.V. I have no mobile phone. I have no current passport. I carry no government issued I.D. because there is no statute in this country that requires it. When asked for photographic I.D. I politely ask to show me the 'law'. I have no credit cards, nor hire purchase, and shortly no mortgage nor bank loans. I am in correspondence with various government departments and agencies. I don't think they like me.

Is it difficult? Sometimes. Is it practical? Not always. Could anyone do it? No. Personal circumstances gave me the option. You can only do what you can only do, but you must try to remain respectful and honest at all times, and keep an open mind about everything. Question everything. Once you start on the journey, you will be amazed at what you will discover.

Everything is an offer. You can decline, but know who you are. Remember that, it's important. Claim to be something you are not and the system will hammer you.

Happened on this today. Call it serendipity. 2013 is going to be a good year. One way or another.

Here's what we are dealing with near Chicago.

http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2013/01/04/gun-store-o wners-inventory-flying-off-the-shelves-amid-legisl ative-debate/

One of the shops in the video is very local to me.

quote:

Bernadette Terry, co-owner of North American Firearms in Lombard, is noticing the same thing. She says even ammunition is now hard to come by.

“Anything that has high-capacity availability: gone. People are grabbing it because they don’t’ think they’ll be able to get it anymore,” Terry says.

State Sen. Dan Kotowski, D-Park Ridge, says he believes gun sellers are using such rhetoric as a marketing ploy to help boost sales. He is sponsoring the bill to ban assault rifles in Illinois.

Kotowski is a douche-canoe. Our Illinois politicians are doing all they can to ban most weapons available. The dishonesty is astounding.

Sem Douche-canoe Kotowski is NOT trying to ban Assault rifles. He's trying to ban whatever he thinks he can get away with by lying to you about weapons.

The Clinton Assault Weapon ban didn't ban 1 Assault rifle. Not one. It was, is and ever shall be a lie.

Britchri10, yes he is, by some. I saw him at a live 10 hour show in 2011. Like I said, you need an open mind about everything.

The world used to be flat and in black and white when I was younger, before Kodak and Poloroid came along and added colour.

Do you remember Icke presenting Pot Black snooker on TV in the UK, before he went mad?
