Got a 2005 XB 12 here that already has been bored and has CP pistons from NRHS.They were installed incorrectly and cylinders are damaged. These are shown as 15 over and no other O/S listed. Does HD/ Buell show bigger O/S? The dealer near me was not alot of help.

Twin Motorcycles are listing Wiseco .020 over pistons.

Also stock piston & cyl kits.

Blurb sez no oversize available.
So I'm guessing you can bore to +0.020.

Wiseco website only lists 10 over and it is a 12-1 piston, so no good there. Be cheaper to buy 1250 kit than get the Twin Cycles one sent here.

Jim,
I can make you a very good deal on an NRHS 1250 kit if you call me.
