Forecast seems to be calling for rain and/or snow Saturday night down here on Long Island. Probably all snow or freezing rain up in Yonkers. At this point, I'm out... In the 95 years of this event, it was only canceled ONCE, and that was in a blizzard so bad the checkpoint workers couldn't get to their posts (and people STILL showed up to register at the sign-up). | ||

Well, I won't be there. It's 200 miles to and from the event; add the mileage of the run plus the threat of snow, and it's enough to keep this wuss away. I was toying with the idea until I saw the weather forecast last night. | ||

Was seriously considering it, until today. Just came home with chills and fever- havn't been sick in many years so I guess I'm overdue. | ||

Thanks to Brumbear's help I should have my 1125R back in service for this, pending the weather. I should have focused on getting the Blast running instead, at least that thing doesn't mind crashing into snowbanks. | ||

Drew I was sick as hell this year too I work outside most of the time and I don't seem to get sick much but when I do it is usually a doozey get better for May!!!!!. I have been told I can not and vill not be attending or I vill be zoorry. | ||
