Ok, so my wife was nice enough to get me a nexus 7 for my birthday. My question is, is there a version of ecm spy to load onto it? |

It's a Google product so I presume it's running some version of Android. If so, everything you need is here. http://xoptiinside.com/buell_cable__bluetooth |

GSM Battery Monitor is another good one to have as well. I love my android, but I find I have to spend a fair amount of time babysitting the battery usage because of runaway apps. The current culprit is Google Maps, which is annoying because it's native to the device. |

I'd thought about the app for my Samsung Galaxy Ace, but then the XB got totalled & the other Buell is an M2 with a Mikuni. |

If you haven't upgraded to the Jellybean OS (4.2.1 or something), I'd highly recommend it. Everything just seems smoother and quicker and I noticed a major improvement in battery life on my Galaxy S3. I got my girlfriend a Nexus 7 for Xmas and we upgraded it right away, so I can't comment if it makes any improvements on that device, but the OS as a whole is better, anyway. |

Holy cow... I just realized you asked about ECM Spy and not CPU spy, haha... I was on a totally different mindset. |

Hey no problem, got the ecm spy question right off the bat, but I'll take any suggestions on the android you have, I'm running 4.2.1 and I like it. Still learning the android platform. |

Be nice if they would upgrade the Galaxy Media players to the new OS. |

I've just downloaded the ecmdroid app to my galaxy S2 ............. just waiting for a bluetooth module for the bike and then i'll give it a try :-) ........... if it works as well as the pc based ecmspy it will be a very useful tool especially on long trips if you ever need to fault find, the phone is always with me anyway so all you need to carry is the bluetooth module. |
