No worries. I totally understand those who can't make it.

See you on Sunday Froggy!

Drew, since I'm about 50 minutes from Danbury I usually cut it close, but I'm trying to remember how far that is from Bear Mtn. If I got there around 7:30ish does that leave enough time?

We'll wait for you CT Buellers. It's looking more and more like we'll run the short route. We'll take a vote in the AM.

How about a headcount? I'm sure all of the "Bad Weather Bikers" are tracking the impending doom we will be facing tomorrow/Monday. Hows 'bout sounding off ? Will it be just me and my fine amphibious friend ?

Griff: Perkins is about an hour from here and I want to fuel up and catch a breather at the top before the run. Can you do 6:30?

Go on ahead Drew, I'm not much of a morning person and don't want to hold anyone up. I know I can fuel up and make the tower before kickstands up. I may still make a brief stop at exit 2 in case there's another last minute entry while getting a quick caffeine boost.

HH8 was a success ! Three from CT, Skinstains and company representing NJ, Of course the local Hudson Valley crew and even the great XL1200r showed up from the Albany area.
And the farthest participants: Trip & Darren from Mass.
Thanks to Saintly and JLB for guiding the group and Thanks to HVMP for the morning breakfast (that was Ninja Sue).

Another awesome HH! The route was perfect and the barbecue tastes better than I remember! Good to see old friends and see some new faces.

Good to see all you guys today. The weather held up, and the roads were clear. Let's do this again sometime.

Highlight of the day was Froggy's uly catching fire from all the leaves stuck in the chin fairing.

And a good time was had by all, with no rain either. Trying to decide if one of the best parts was the look on the face of leaf blower guy as we dispersed his pile or the three man crew doing an Indy style tire change after the BBQ.
The ride home was awesome, too. Warnings of an accident on 84 made me change my route. Followed Trac-man for a while as he showed me a "shortcut" to 42.
Thanks all and hope this works out for next year.

As long as JLB, Saintly and I have access to a bike the ride goes on so no worries there Griff. Nice to see everyone again and nice to see a couple new faces as well. Anyone have pics of Frog mans bike on fire?

Group hug.
