To think that the outdoor MX'rs do this for 30 minutes + two laps a race is a testament to their conditioning and youth.

If that video were of me it would look just like the one above except that it would seem like it was in slow motion (because it would be) and instead of clearing that jump I'd plunge headlong into the ditch. Other than that, yeah, it looks just like me.
