Well it is that time of year here. The pine nuts are in! And i have just procured 3.2 lbs of Utah's finest high elevation pine nuts. I like to slow roast them at 150-350 degrees for a certain amount of time *secret*

Anyone else eat them or pick\harvest them yourself.

I love those. I just ate a bunch I had in the freezer. Not Utah pine nuts, but I found out they were from China, and now I have Pine mouth syndrome.

Been going on for a week now everything I eat tastes bitter. Did some research and voila I had eaten a large handful of pine nuts a few days earlier.

I can only imagine how good those SW pine nuts taste. Enjoy.
