I just found out about a cool company making custom coco mats (coconut husk fiber - also make seagrass and agave fiber mats) for classic or modern car floor mats. Looks to be about $150 per set of 2, shipped. Family business, based in SC, all made in USA. Nice looking stuff. No personal affiliation, just like to support work in the USA: http://www.cocomats.com/

There's a trip down memory lane. Cocomats were the first thing I put in my first new car - a 1970 VW Beetle ($1,995 + tax).

Had a set in my '77 Cheyenne 1/2ton/heavy short bed pickup.
Wish I would have kept that truck now.
