Nothing unusual about that at all. Happens a few times every year on school buses. Well it's usually kids sticking their head out the side windows.

Reminds me of an opening scene in a "Six Feet Under" tv show.
( A Comedy/drama about a family of undertakers, they often would kill off the corpse of the week at the beginning of each show. Usually excruciatingly funny, tragic and sad... )
