Spiderco Sharpmaker. Even a dolt like me can get a razor edge every time.

Suggestion, if you have a Cabellas or similar near you, Bring a couple of dull knives, and try out each of the sharpeners they have. The salesperson will be glad to help you out. Like they say, to each his own.

stopped down at Miller's Surplus here in Tucson and OMG IT IS HEAVEN IN THERE!!!! I finally got to actually hold some of the knives in my hand and get a feel for them...still havent fully decided, but im getting closer...just got some money unexpectedly so now i am definitely in the market!
