I think that today would be a good day to ride to Troy, NY and have lunch at the Dinosaur.

On second thought, after looking at the weather radar, I think I'll ride over to Rockport and have a piece of strudel for breakfast. Then I'll head north.

It's always a good day for chow . . . I rode The Berkshires last week and found a great ice cream place in Lenox, MA.

I took the family up by Phonecia NY on 28 a couple weeks ago to the worlds biggest kaliedescope(pretty cool). They had great ice cream in this little cafe in the complex.

Phoenicia is a fairly famous town . . . I suggest pancakes at Sweet Sue's.

That's crazy! In the past week and a half, I slept in Troy, Lenox, and Phoenicia.
Didn't eat at the Dinosaur.
Didn't see any kaliedascope. Never knew it was there.
What ice cream place? I know Ben&Jerry's is up the road in Pittsfield.
I need to learn to stop and smell the roses.

My recommendation for ICE CREAM

and . . . it never hurts to smell the roses, sunflowers or whatever . . . I take one day a week and get completely frickin' lost and try to find my way home.

Nice pics, Court.

Was thinking about you this morning as I told my riding buddy I felt like a farm girl looking at tall NYC buildings for the first time as I passed thru these mountains for the first time on my Buell.

It was a fantastic morning to ride. I went to Horsetooth, just west of Ft. Collins, CO. Lunch, hot tub, swim to follow at my friends mom's. Another ride this afternoon.

I am loving these Rocky mountain roads. Nothing heals the soul like mountain air not to mention being around people who have known you forever. Hope to post pics later.

Why is it that whenever I put a high effort spit shine on my bike (like I did this afternoon), it will rain the next time I take it out (like it did tonight)?
