Dave, while you giggle like a little school girl, here's a photo of US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry...

...and Agent Terry with his dad...

...and Agent Terry's mom:

The president you adore so much (what's in it for you, anyway? You CAN'T actually agree with the way he's shitting on America, can you?!?) and his minions killed Agent Terry, then lied about it. Repeatedly.

What's was Kagan's involvement in Fast & Furious? Why did your man stonewall for so long, and then, a couple of days before the SCOTUS decision, invoke executive privilege?

Well hell, it doesn't really matter now, does it? I mean, as long as the government tit keeps flowing, what's a little collateral damage among amigos, eh?

I imagine Mr. and Mrs. Terry miss their son dearly. I also imagine they don't giggle much these days.

Small Pox Blankets
Trail of Tears

If you think the culling and determined death of a segment of population will not occur from this... just look at what the government has done in the past; on our own soil, in the name of 'health' .

and if you really have a still banal contempt for history; take a look at the internal murder and clensing of MILLIONS of Soviet Russians - all for the 'health' and good of the STATE.

Why Roberts Did It
By Charles Krauthammer · June 29, 2012

quote:

...Obamacare is now essentially upheld. There's only one way it can be overturned. The same way it was passed -- elect a new president and a new Congress. That's undoubtedly what Roberts is saying: Your job, not mine. I won't make it easy for you.

Obamacare Ruling Leaves in Place 21 Tax Increases Next 10 Years:

quote:

“It will be a short-lived celebration in the White House,” said Republican pollster Whit Ayres. “Obama now goes into the fall campaign defending a law that most Americans think will increase their health care costs, their premiums, their taxes and the deficit. He also has to defend raising taxes on all Americans, which he pledged not to do.”

Sen. Mike Lee, Utah Republican and a member of the tea party caucus, said Mr. Obama’s victory will be “fleeting” and argued that most Americans didn’t like the law’s individual mandate in the first place.

“They’ll like it even less when they understand it’s a tax,” Mr. Lee said on Fox News.

-----------------------------------------------

Obama Doesn't Say the Word 'Tax' Once in Response to SCOTUS Ruling:

quote:

When he signed Obamacare into law in the East Room of the White House, President Barack Obama did not say a word how the law would impose a tax penalty on individuals who did not purchase private health insurance.

After the Supreme Court upheld the law’s constitutionality by upholding the individual mandate as a tax in what may be the worst Supreme Court decision since the Kelo decision, in which the Court all but trampled on private property rights, Obama again made comments in the East Room and again did not say “tax” or mention the fines those who do not buy insurance will pay, which Chief Justice John Roberts, in joining the majority in the Obamacare ruling, labeled as a tax.

Obama promised in 2008 that he would not raise taxes on the middle class. And the “tax” is the least popular provision of the law, especially among independent voters.

The best thing will knowing Dave and the Obama fans will be subject to it!

How old are you Dave if your 55 or older your going to get send home with the pill.

Your cost to operate vs return through taxes is not worth it however your estate can help recover your costs to date.

The idea that we can be TAXED for choosing NOT to do something is absurd.

Imagine, and it takes nearly no stretch from this ridiculous opinion, that the feds decide we either buy Chevy Volts or pay a "tax" for deciding not to?

If you can tell me how that is different . . . state your case.

And . . .just this morning . . another "Obama contributor turned "green energy" company" goes under with YOUR money . . .

quote:

Abound Solar, a company that won a $400 million Energy Department (DOE) loan guarantee in 2010 to manufacture advanced solar panels, is closing and filing for bankruptcy, according to DOE.

I am already heading for the voting booth. I think Obama will do more to coalesce Americans around a common cause, saving their country, than any of his predecessors.

there's a reason Bloomberg would not hire me to be their Health Care Policy Wonk.
I had to submit 1000 word essay on my interpretation and the relevance of the bill as part of the job interview. .....

ooooh they do not like Conservatives - Conservatives that can smell a Communist rope a dope ; even less.
Same for Kaiser.
This bill has been the IRS's baby since day one.
It should have been apparent since they impossed the asset declaration page for any hospital admit effective 9.1 of last year.
They want all you got.

and if you do the math..... the Federal minimum wage for a single ..... yep - you paying the fine.
so what incentive is there to work ? you loose more money than you make ; it is easier just to go on the government tit
(IF you are of the entitlement class that can)
which is exactly what they want.

Communism was a 'workers' paradise - where everyone had a job and a stipend
This - is a slackers paradise where you get the stipend for your protected class - except if you work .

yes, Komrade - it is much better.

Gov. Scott Walker: 'Wisconsin Will Not Take Any Action to Implement Obamacare'

quote:

“Wisconsin will not take any action to implement Obamacare,” Mr. Walker said in a statement. “I am hopeful that political changes in Washington, D.C., later this year ultimately end the implementation of this law at the federal level.”

Mr. Perry issued a statement calling the court’s ruling “a stomach punch to the American economy.” While he did not say whether he would move ahead to put the law in place, he echoed Mr. Walker in using the ruling as a call to political arms. “Now that the Supreme Court has abandoned us,” Mr. Perry said, “we citizens must take action at every level of government and demand real reform.”

What if they are collecting unemployment and barely getting by and can't afford tax/health insurance? How are the people who are unemployed and have extinguished their unemployment benefits going to pay the tax??

If they do decide to be TAXED and pay the fee via every april 15th, will they then receive a health/benifit card in the mail? Or is that just a tax/fine for not purchasing the health insurance and nothing else??

House GOP Vows to Take AG Eric Holder to Court for Fast & Furious Documents

quote:

Perhaps as significant as the contempt citation Congress issued to Attorney General Eric Holder is the likelihood Republicans will also go to court to enforce a congressional demand for documents - a tactic pursued only twice before in U.S. history.

The Republican-led House of Representatives voted on Thursday to find Holder, the country's top law enforcement officer, in contempt of Congress for withholding documents in a botched gun-running sting operation on the U.S.-Mexico border.

In a second vote, the House gave itself the authority to go to court to get the documents.

That will put a spotlight not only on Holder but also on his boss, President Barack Obama, who has insisted he can withhold the documents under executive privilege.

Now back to the same old chant, that us middle class will continue to take it hardest in the A$$. (you can chose to pay for lube or decline and pay a lube dismissal tax)

===To All Badweb Conservatives===

Are you still going to withhold your vote for Romney because he is not "conservative enough"? Did you finally wake up to the danger yesterday with the Robert's Ruling? You need to stand. Now.

The Republic is literally in danger in an unprecedented way. The enemy is Domestic and your vote is desperately needed.

The IRS is about to control you in ways that you can't even imagine. Do you really want that because your obstinacy for ideological purity is leading us by the nose there?

You must stand up and vote for Romney and we must stand together. Don't be silent here. Those who support the destruction of the US Constitution are not silent here. Their souls are lost. Yours isn't. Yet.

This is no ordinary election cycle. We are in mortal danger. Stand up here on Badweb and proclaim your vote for Romney. Get involved outside of Badweb.

Maybe its a good thing this bill passed. What covert operation would they plan to trick the public into supporting it? Operation slow and painfull?

I wouldn't vote for Romney on a bet.

This is about round 20 of the "end of the Republic" hysteria. We have had, not in any order BTW, income tax, anti-trust, Food and Drug act, Federal Reserve Bank, Social Security, FDIC, Medicare, Medicaid, countless bank regulations, EPA, OSHA, gun control, NHTSA, and on and on.

Last time I checked the USA is the place most of us would prefer to live. Pretty much the best combination of freedom and stability in the world. None of these previous destroyers of the Republic have managed to actually destroy it. ACA is not gonna do it either. Stop listening to the professional scare mongers who are getting rich and powerful selling this line.

It ain't perfect, I'm not saying that, but is is also not the end of the world.

Obamacare Ruling a Dark Day for America - but With a Major Upside
By David Limbaugh · June 29, 2012:

quote:

The anxiety brought on by Obamacare -- including that brought on by the tsunami of additional federal rules, regulations and taxes it will impose on small businesses -- is having a crippling effect on job creation in this country. Seventy-four percent of small businesses say they are not expanding because of Obamacare.

The American people overwhelmingly oppose this federal power grab, which is why Mitt Romney and the Republican Party had better read their cue cards and understand that now is not the time for fecklessness. It is the time to draw clear contrasts between the Republican vision and the Obama record.

I believe that this ruling by the court will reinvigorate the tea party movement in a way that nothing else could have and, provided Republicans don't blow it by refusing to take the gloves off in the campaign, could help lead to a GOP landslide in November.

I doubt many folks have a grasp of what Obama has done with their massive debt and wrest of freedom.

While the USA, true, remains "the place", folks are . . for the first time, actually fleeing.

Worse yet (read about Stanley Druckenmiller) are the folks who have not physically left, simply taken their $1,000,000,000 that was invested in job creating firms, converted it to gold (my wife spent Monday doing a "vault count" - interesting to see a room full of gold bars) and is taken his risk off.

psst - this thing has been a tax since day one

" You will have to sign the bill to ... um ... find out what is in it"

Not if you read the bills legacy proposals - this thing has been all about the tax that Hillary wanted the first time through - and didn't get.

And the death panels are indeed in there. Our state just listed 700 diagnosis that they will not reimburse for - whether they occur in the ER or Acute care
acne - well I understand that .... but acute cardiac angina >? That is pain in the chest, one of the precursers to a heart attack

They didn't pull these out of thin air - they were mandated down from Washington DC.

The next feat of this bill is indeed covering the 'illegals'.... and 'docunmenting' them with new id numbers, benefits and registration - and nice new tax.... exemption (you didn't think they were going to tax the base that is voting them back in did you >!?!?!) hell no- now they can claim 20 neices and nephews and badda bing badda boom - hello endowment entitlement en mass.

what you thought America was - is done.
Welcome to the Party - Komrade.
