Oldversion.com has copies of pretty much everything going as far back as you can remember. I believe Filehippo.com will have the older ones too.

Or you can just use Opera browser instead...

Let me guess...
You want to find the refresh and home buttons?
It took me forever to find out how to get them back where I wanted them.
They are found on the right side of the address bar. you can move them by choosing personalize buttons.
Drag them where they need to go!

Or use Google Chrome, yeah I know it's the big corporate blahblahblah. but it works & it's simple.

Oh you poor windoze users...
Chrome is a re-badged version of Chromium a Linux browser.
I use Midori and Firefox mostly, I only use Chromium on the websites that heavily used Micro$oft to create their site.
Yes I'm a Firefox test pilot as well, I wonder why he looks so sad ; )

so sick up 'upgrades' that offer no increased speed, improved navigation, nor enhanced performance.

Ever since MS took over Skype.... each 'upgrade' is detrimental to the base line that was 3 years ago.

I just want ONE programmer to abuse every time a new version comes out. They should suffer painful reprecussions for their non performance,,, repeatedly.

Opera on Desktops is regarded as the fastest browser available, period. It is also usually the first with innovative new features, it's no wonder that all the other browsers copy it. Remember, Opera had tabbed browsing 2 years before FireFox was released.

Because your computer doesn't have enough memory for it to consume when it has another memory leak!

Yep, back in my day Opera wasn't even free!

That has never been the case with Opera.

Not sure what you are talking about, I've been using skype for years, and Microsoft only took over last fall and everything has been pretty much the same. Back in February they added full HD video conferencing, desktop sharing to show things on your computer, better facebook intergeneration, and a push to talk feature which comes in handy if you don't want to be broadcasting the entire time.

Maybe they can abuse you for not noticing their improvements, or maybe they are doing their job right and are fixing bugs and improving reliability, therefor you aren't noticing when things aren't working : )

You such a funny frog!
Windoze runner!
Debian rocks!
Oh and just because you own something Froggy, makes you not superior nor your things.
It really gets old you being so condescending towards people that don't own the same browser, phone, or motorcycle any longer, just as old as your ban hammer.

Roger that; I used opera back then too.
I found evidence, on my computer, of opera use dating back to 2002 version 5.

My son uses firefox, he continually tells me to switch. But, I'm a firm believer of if it aint broke don't fix it. Now using opera 11.62

Glitch, I don't mean my post to come off condescending, it wasn't any worse than your post either. Opera is flat out freaking awesome, but because it doesn't have the marketing of a billion dollar corporation to promote it or preinstall it on computers, it is mostly unknown. I do recommend everyone to give it a whirl for a few days, you will likely stick with it.

I occasionally have to use FireFox at my job to troubleshoot compatibility issues, and I quickly get frustrated at the lack of pep, and other minor things like restoring closed tabs and sessions from cache, visual tabs, and the built in torrent client.

I personally hate the new default skin that Opera uses, it is too minimalistic like Chrome, so I put on a "classic" type skin to restore functionality.

I've been using Seamonkey ever since the Mozilla team split the suite into separate components. I LIKE having the all-in-one, well integrated solution, and it takes up less disk space than having all three applications installed at once.

Plus, I've always preferred those little widgets (whatever they're called) that allows you to expand and contract the menu lines at the top of the window with just a click if you need more screen real estate. Don't know why Firefox ever eliminated them.

I have a plug-in that allows me to open pages in Seamonkey using the Explorer rendering engine for those poorly-crafted sites that REQUIRE Internet Explorer (mostly Intranet sites). I also have a copy of Chrome so I can test my own pages on at least three different rendering engines (Gecko, Explorer, Chrome).

Well i like chrome better than Firefox and I like Firefox much better than IE.

Will have to give Opera a shot. I used a beta of Opera mobile a few years back on a blackberry and it was WAY better than the other browsers for mobile.

I liked Firefox but it kept crashing on me, so I switched to the Google offering and haven't had any trouble - so far anyway.
