(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) or (3), each toy, look-
alike, or imitation firearm shall have as an integral part,
permanently affixed, a blaze orange plug inserted in the barrel of
such toy, look-alike, or imitation firearm.

Just Ed Zachary what problem is solved here?
Can I put a "blaze orange" muzzle cap on a real gun to make it look like a toy?
Can I blacken the orange cap on a toy gun to make it look real?
Yeah,I know,it's an old law,but still........

Should it be a law? or just a good precaution, like wearing a helmet.
I do feel better that the tips are bright orange when my boys are running around outside shooting each other so the neighbors dont freak out and call the cops.
NO i dont think the GOV. should mandate the orange tips, but parents should do it because its a good idea.

In New York State, gas stations are allowed to offer a cash discount, but they are not allowed to charge extra for using a credit card. However, there is NO WAY TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE!!

Who authored that law?? A friggin' INSECT??

Between 8am & 8pm on French radio stations 70% of the music must be by French artists or in the French language.

The other side of this though is that there's virtually no censorship so we generally get the full unexpurgated versions of songs rather than the "Radio Edit" versions.

" you" (or "Forget You" if you want the sanitized version) by Cee lo Green, coming over the speakers in a supermarket always makes me grin.

gotta chime in with HR 32oo - the 'Health Care Law'

and reading the new senate bill 1813; it may make the list too.

Ziptab... 'airsoft' guns are so realistic looking... right down to the welds... most LEOs would shoot you first, then figure out it was a 'toy' gun. It's an attempt to keep kids from getting shot dead.
They sell a "Bloomberg Special" someplace down Virginia way... it's a pink powdercoated or anodized, hand gun.
The government's just doing the job parents are supposed to... but can't seem to be bothered. We were taught to toss our 'guns' to the ground when confronted by authorities. My old BB gun looked a lot like a pump shotgun.

You can't shoot the tie off of a police officer in Frankfort, Ky.

Well, maybe you can but it's against the law.
