Ok Blake: What would have happened if Zimmerman Had Called the Police, and remained in his truck? would martin have been able to attack him? if the answer to the question is yes then he would have shot martin in self defense, He, LEFT the truck, pursued Martin and at some point and in some way confronted him, this led to the "fight" that is my reasoning, Now Martin Attacked Zimmerman that is NOT in question, and Martin brought his shooting on him self, Zimmerman Brought the beating he got and the future troubles on him self by pursuing Martin According to some reports I have read The state was considering manslaughter charges for Zimmerman, they may have dropped it due to lack of evidence, One of the latest things was 2 women who say that they heard Trayvon Screaming for help, Wanna bet they are Sympethetic to the Martins' cause and are in fact false witnesses ? Comprendo ? The important questions, Why did the president comment? Why is congress getting involved in this? (profiling hearing). Why Are Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton getting involved? Why have the local police stepped down and gotten "out of the way" Why did the black panthers issue a re-ward for the "capture" of Zimmerman? The boys death is tragic, Zimmermans life as he knew it IS OVER, I am prepared to explain this comment as well. | ||

I think they help him, because race is the only card he has to play. He certainly cant stand on any financial, fiscal, economic success - Unfortunately - I think he wins, I also think that the PPACA stays in affect, as written. They are indeed sympathetic to Martins's cause. I don't think they are false witnesses though. The make the assumption that it was Marting crying out for help. They reason that it stopped with the gun shot so it must have been Martin. Potentially false reasoning. Their statement is complementory to Zimmerman's statement as well as a witness who saw it happen. The only difference is both of those stories have more information, like seeing Martin beating Zimmerman's head on the sidewalk while the cries for help were going on. | ||

IF the majority of professional and elite soldiers saw the mess he made of the country, and his lavish living - he would be dead with in 90 days - and he knew it. I like the Appeals court judges who have ordered the DOJ to reply in writing to explain what they believe their authority to be.
