Maybe I'm just dumb but I just received my EBR white Pegasus stickers and I thought they were just peel and stick like the Buell shield ones I had put on a few years ago. Woops, when I tried to peel the backing off some of the logo stuck to each side so I stopped to try and salvage them. Can anybody help me in this project? Are they like the older, soak in water first, or just what should I do? You can tell I'm not much for stickers but would like to do a little advertising for our renewed company. Thanks for any help I can get. Bob |

I don't know but are they like the ones where you peel the backing off to reveal the sticky side but the clear front stays on then you put the whole thing down and rub the sticker then slowly peel away the clear protective front? Seems several of the later ones I've gotten are that way. |

Thanks much Michael, thats what they appeared to be but when I pulled the cover from the clear some of the letters forming Erik Buell Racing stuck to the backing instead of the clear. Looks like I've got to do some very intricate letter moving. |

Probably die-cut- they are kinda tricky... Take your time, get some tweezers, a razor blade, and screw up your patience... |

IIRC, mine went like this: Peel off clear, CAREFULLY place where ya want (a level will help), press hard on the white paper, let it set a while, then slowly pull off white. |

You need to be careful peeling the backing paper, I've found pulling it 180 degrees works best but go slow. Put in place with the white face paper. Press in the MIDDLE first, working out in growing circles. Once you've spread pressure on the whole thing, grab a towel and rub the white paper FAST - make heat - to help set the decal. Then, pull the white paper off just as carefully as you removed the backing. |

Google 1313, he has an entire system worked out... spray with water n some dish soap w a little alcohol... use a spatula to push all the air out... and peel like Rat said. he can tell you more. |

yeah, they should def. post a vid of them applying a sticker to one of their new 1190AX bikes. shot from across the room, with a walk-around before and after so we can 'take it all in' |
