Why is it that every time I get off the phone with Al or Joanne I always feel great? American Sportbike is a great resource for me and I really like doing business with them. Soon I will have everything I need to seal up the various leaks my Uly has developed and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg either! |

Me too. I looked it over closely this morning and noticed a pit on the slider. New fork tube time. I was bummed out but not any more! |

Me too. I looked it over closely this morning and noticed a pit on the slider. New fork tube time. I was bummed out but not any more! There may be a cheaper alternative. When I used to mountain bike a lot it was easy to crash and mess up fork stanchions on rocks. I've known people to just degrease it then use clear nail polish to fill the pit or scratch. Wet sand it smooth finishing with something in the 1500 grit territory and you can be leak free on the cheap. |

THAT is because Al and Joanne frickin ROCK! I had a mess with a Harely dealer in LA when I was out there. Al took an extra few hours out of his day to meet us halfway between San Diego and LA with the part. Saving me three days of waiting for the HD dudes to get it together. Al also carries a 'big stick'!

I wish I had kept some of the "extras" I used to get when I ordered parts. I remember one in particular, it was a O ring or a seal of some sort. It was taped to a recipe card, inside the ring was a smiley face! Taped next to it was a piece of hard candy. Now that folks is SERVICE! |

I've always received a sticker from American Sportbike with my parts. I received a dollar bill from BMC once or twice. I didn't waste it either. It bought beer at happy hour! |

I use my Uly for my primary transportation, cheap gas to travel to and from school. My belt decided to die last weekend, so I called American Sport Bike Monday morning. Al said they don't normally take phone orders and ship them out on Mondays, but he would do what he could. I got the belt Wednesday. Excellent people and excellent service cannot begin to describe the Lightons. I plan to support them for as long as they are in business, which I hope is a long long time to come. You really can't find better people, or a better business. Thanks Al and Joanne |

I but stuff, from time to time, just as an excuse to deal with them. Two of the shining stars of the Buell world . . if you haven't dealt with them . . . go look at your bike, decide what you need and place and order. Matters not what you order . . .the impressive part is the service and the transaction. These two are good . . . . really good. Court |

The reason they are so good they have real customer service!! Also they will spend the time explain how to install the parts you are buying and they will only sell you what you need. many a time i have called Al for stuff i didn't really need and he knew it. And instead of being dishonest for a sale like some places. Al chose to inform me that i really don't need what i was after and i can really appreciate that. There is no worse feeling than being duped into buying parts stuff you don't really need. there are real people out there still!! THANKS American Sport Bike!!!!! |

There is no worse feeling than being duped into buying parts stuff you don't really need. I wouldn't even call letting you buy parts you don't need dishonest. Telling you that you don't need them takes honesty and integrity to a high level. |

Yep, Every transaction very positive. They still have the almost lost art of customer service down to a science (They have even emailed me to make sure I received an order and to see if I had any problems with the parts). Guess that's why I keep shopping there. That and I can ask a question and get a quick and informative answer. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a parts supplier. |

Ya'll can't and don't know 1/10 of the phenomenon that American Sport Bike is as a result of Al and Joanne. They are my best friends for 25 years and they are truly give, give, give, never take. It is astounding. Cut them some slack if on Mondays they can't take your order over the phone. They are swamped and want NOTHING more than to help you. But you already know that. Retail is a bitch. |

I just put in my first order with them, and was impressed when I got a personally written email saying that the order would go out Monday. It's a nice change to actually have a person acknowledge your order, instead of an auto-generated shipment notice. I know I will be doing business with them again. |
