And nobody is running to the Chinese as a model of Environmental friendliness. The first EPA agent or environmental protest with an 'impact' statement - and someone will end up 'disappeared' or publicly run over with a tank - for good measure. Those entities - are going to be and are chartered to be INDEPENDENT sovereign entities - as say a large consulate - we have NO jurisdiction. True enough. The economic zones in places like, say, Panama, are autonomous. Making them transfer points for drugs, guns and other weaponry or any thing needed to be moved around the world in secrecy for nefarious purposes without scrutiny.
