I'm going today. Am I too early? Rich, I don't know if you know my buddy Jeff, but I got a feeling you might. He's got a blue RS (4 speed, so '89 or '90), plus another RS he's rebuilding. He called me from Daytona last night. Said he's at a hotel across from the speedway - at least for this week... Look him up, 1313 | ||

I googled the bike up. Amazing how awful it looks with that plastic grey, but how beatiful yours looks with that plastic black. It's on my "10 years from now stalking list" for sure. Can't justify 13k in the meantime.... | ||

My "post" is up in Ormond off old dixie Hwy but its my house.  I'll be working most of the week but anyone hit me up after 5, I may be able to get paroled for a few hours. Also I got a truck and trailer and a Mess of tools if anyone ends up in trouble. | ||

Anyone know if EBR will have May/EBR and Eslick/EBR t-shirts or other swag available for purchase at the track? Would love to get a couple of new tees while I'm there. Looks like my wife isn't coming with me, so I will be camping in the infield. I'll be on my BMW R100S and will probably have the tall windshield installed. Should be over there before noon on Friday the 16th. | ||

Going over Friday and Saturday for the races, and bringing the whole family. We plan on tenting in the infield, but have more gear that is workable by bike only, so we will be there with car and bike. Looking forward to seeing a great EBR/Buell presence on and around the track! It is amazing that just a year ago the 1190RS was introduced and there will be 3 racing at this event.
