The LAPD chief wants the state to issue driver's licenses to illegal aliens. All they'll need to do is walk into the nearest DMV, declare they are here illegally and ask for a license. Yeah, that should work. Of course he thinks that a license for illegals should appear different than one for legals. I suggest the license look like a one-way bus ticket back to Mexico.
