I usually set them to where they look right and feel right with the rider on it. Then gage it an make them all the same. My three wheelers ran 3 to 6 lbs depending on where I was riding. For fast stuff higher pressures, for technical less pressure. I used to get into wheelie competitions where I might let the rears down to 2.5 so I could steer it by shifting my weight when the front was in the air. |

We have a little 50 for the kids... My kids (God Bless 'em) prefer two wheels to four, but we keep the quad because it is so much fun for pulling sleds in the snow. I made the same mistake with tire pressure... 20 pounds is WAY to much for a quad. |

The lower the pressure the smoother the ride, in our four wheelers, rhinos and the teryx we normally run about 3-5 lbs and they do just fine. We run about 2-3 lbs in my nephews quad. Jimmy |
