For what it's worth, Honda's been trying to sell their test track/proving grounds in the desert for even longer with no takers in sight. It's an awesome facility too.

Apparently there's a glut of facilities on the market (2?). The real estate broker has it listed as a potential solar farm sight (Ooh, green jobs).
