From what little I know the enrichment process to make fuel rods and weapon grade material are very different. The facilities and equipment required is not nearly the same. I'm sure if there is a concern it is rightly so. Whoever is responsible is doing a good thing. | ||

(because a despotic dictator, can NOT have armed, professional troops, returning from home back from a conflict like Iran/Afghanistan .... too many instances where the only way the domestic policies are kept going because troops are dedicated elsewhere ) |
