They've been fighting over there for thousands of years,it ain't going to change in a few years.
Rocco why all the nasty insults.
Even the native americans fought and killed each other in brutal ways.
It will take time,generations before they wake up.
I also agree that Islam left them nothing to go on. |

As I cant recall any attacks from any Budist or Hindos I say give the money sent to Pakastan to India and let them sort out the Packies.( Hell they are at war with them most of the time anyway) |

The "as God wills it" attitude is not unique to Islam. Coptic Christians, and several pagan faiths for example. I have my gripes with...several religions, on certain details. I have absolute resistance to any faith that demands my or anyone joining, or puts me or anyone in second class status, because of my faith.
The Imposition of Islam by Jihadi ( Islamists ) is one of the 2 1/2 great evils in the 21st century. ( the other 1 1/2 are the Watermelon cults and the Marxist faiths )
I'm an American. Our First Law is that we have no State religion. That I AND YOU are free to worship as we see fit, and, almost as important, that we can bitch about our Government. ( this is NOT to say you can't have a Manger in the town square. As long as you can have a Menorah, and/or another celebration.... No State Religion doesn't mean No Religion of your choice )
Our Second Law is that we can shoot back. Many really hate that one, for obvious reasons. They believe we will shoot them for what they do or want to do. They are seldom right, we seldom do, but it's well worth it to keep them nervous about that. Cuts down on the wannabe Kings. That's why it is our Law. We Know Kings Suck. ( In the long run, always. There's a reason Prince Charles will never be King. )
The problem in the middle east is the Culture has NEVER had personal responsibility for ones actions as the center of rational thought.
Like many around the world, personal responsibility ends at the fence, the family, the Clan. Beyond that? It's the Kings business. Americans don't think that way..... or they shouldn't. That's how you become subjects.
Being a Citizen is a right and a responsibility. That used to be taught in school and at home. Today? not so much. ( the Occupiers insist on being Children of the Holy State.... "pay my loans" "give me food" "Give me Blankets and sweaters so I can sit in your park and demand your money" Subjects, pawns and spoiled brats. ) |

Just one of the few bombings widely reported during this admin.... come to think of it, since the middle of the 2008 campaign.
Must have been a decision of a certain party's leaders to de-emphasize that. Just as the phrase "worst economy since the great depression", used for 8 years ( falsely, but often ) is never heard anymore, even though it's now true. |
