Interesting, I don't see any mention of it on Amazon, but it is floating around as a download. The only copies I can find online are UK copies, which are probably region locked to not work in the US.

Thanks, Frank!

Now I've gotta update the home A/V setup a little... new subwoofer, new teevee, etc.

Living/dying vicariously- what else should we spend our entertainment $$$ on?

It isn't as simple as stuffing some DVDs in a box and shipping them our way. Lots of red tape with getting it distributed, MPAA issues, so on.

It might have a line on something, I'll PM you guys with details if it pans out.

I think they have been trying to maximize the theatrical release first as there is a higher profit margin on that. I think it had theater showings in New York; I may be wrong on this.

After they have exhausted the theaters it will be out on DVD.

It was shown it in the Los Angeles area at a dumpy theater in the SFV in 2D. I was disappointed since it wasn't mentioned it being shown in 2D and the sound system blew, I don't even think it was in stereo.

I just watched the first half hour, it is amazing! I had to turn the subtitles on, between the accents and they way they talk it reminded me of that scene in Austin Powers where Austin saves his father.

Broke down and watched a bootleg version. Can't wait till I can buy a copy.

Loved the movie .. oddly the worst part was the video showing the bike from a tracking vehicle .. looked way to hollywood. The on-board was mind-blowing.

The TV coverage of the TT was pretty outstanding I thought and the sidecar race was interesting too.

Would the movie version be more of the same only different commentators and better production, I wonder?
