Anyone interested in a fall edition of the Res Ride? We had talked about it a little during the Memorial Day weekend ride. I'm thinking about having it this coming weekend, Sept 23-24. Tentative route would be a loop around here then heading south for a bite to eat at "The Road Kill Cafe" in Artemus, PA close to the PA/MD state line. The head back up Rt 522 towards Mt Union/Tyrone area and end back up at Clem's for some BBQ. What are your thoughts, interested? Post up and let me know! | ||

Ulynut: Mapquest says it's 67 miles south from J-town to Artemas... On the other hand, if your coming thru anyway, gimme a shout and stop by the shop maybe we can squeeze in a ride loop and some Clem's before you head out to J-town Brumbear: The date isn't set in stone, although the following Saturday I'm not available as I have a birthday party to go to. The Headless Horseman Run isn't until Oct 23rd....Maybe a back up date for the Fall Res Rode could be Oct 8..... dunno, chime in and let me know. | ||

I'd be interested but unless something changes I'll be working straight through to the middle of October. Dan how are liking that seat? | ||

I don't know if I'll be coming friday evening or saturday morning yet, but I'll be in the car for sure. I'll keep you posted. | ||

Well the weatherman doesn't look like he knows that there was going to be a Buell ride this Saturday and he is calling for low 60's and rain....  I've got a prior engagement for next weekend so it looks like I'm going to cancel the fall Res Ride. Sorry to anyone who might have been planning on the ride but hasn't posted. See you Memorial Day weekend 2012 for the 6th Annual Res Ride! |
