It's official and inked, I signed offer letter this morning.
I am now working as the American Business Development Manager for a Travel Medical Network; Headquartered out of Kiev.
It is a liaison position for local ExPat population needing medical care outside of the state run socialized medicine platform, a localization position for Medical Tourism from the States by Americans that need elective services, or are utilizing personal funds are are price conscious, and sales of insurance policies for such procedures.

How did I get the job? By NEVER talking to HR, never submitting and electronic resume through the website, and not from a posted resume on a job board.
My graduate thesis was the new healthcare reform - and in it is a wide swath of money to be had and made, and large amounts of tax incentives to large companies by offshoring insurance entities, procedures, and administrative endeavors - Out of the US. One of my papers (of the 12 I wrote on this bill) was dedicated to developing and initiating coordinated care in Ukraine for American patients. After talking to the CFO on Skype, (in Russian) we knew we had a winning solution and perfect storm.
I had the offer in 3 days.

Pictures from the other side of the world when it happens.
I would also like to introduce my Marketing Manager, Oksana - she is a recent grad with experience in insurance, business development, speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English, and was integral in helping me to get through the local insurance regs that I indeed need to know well enough to pull this adventure off.
Cute as a button, sharp as a tack, and a wit as biting as a whip. And an intellect that is best not ignored, she is a gem to find.

Speaking the language definitely has its advantages !
Boris (pronounced like Maurice with a B - never like Doris) is well liked, and has quite the market demand over seas - locally? - nope nadda - nine- nil- nichevo-nothing.

There is actually a large connection of behavior and performance for the American Dating scene online, and the HR/Recruiter/Resume cycle - both are pedantic, passive aggressive, full of rejection, and just not worth the ROI for effort, time, money vs results, quality, longevity. Entirely too many candidates for too few jobs, and those that are available are characterized with high demands for seemingly unconnected benefits and rewards - or even worse being 'overqualified' for a job that is well with in scope of capabilities.... on par with being told 'NO' by the large girl.
As I am no good with the American Corporate structure - I am no good with the American women either. Knowing my assets and performance is better overseas - Ukraine was the natural choice.
Amazing wilderness, great opportunities, sweet girls, attractive pay, and a shared language/culture/ideology -
I am simply better outsourced. (and never happier)

Congrats City

by the way...
HR dept's have ruined corporate America.

There is nothing they do that improves the hiring process, nothing they do that improves the work environment, nothing they do that improves your experience when it's time to retire.

So why do they call them human...
