Want to wish everyone out there a safe(try not to blow up too muchand no missing digits)and enjoyable 4th of July. I always remember what this day is for ......and theand boom-booms so have fun and enjoy the fireworks..but always remember what its really about...the more the merrier..
Please check with your local county sheriff before setting off ANY fireworks. Many areas have burn bans due to very high fire danger. Drove through a lot of smoke a few days ago bc Onslow County fire. Be safe and make the call!
Burn your own house down? Do you expect him to be shooting roman candles at his house? I think not. Ive never called the local county sheriff and ive never burned down anything either, its called being responsible.
Do you guys even read the news... or do you live up in Alaska in a swamp or something? The west is having record drought and fire... why I even bother with badweb some days is beyond me...
Just like the ice fishermen in Madison every year that go out against EMS orders and friggin start to drown when their truck goes down...
Yes because it is impossible for explosives to malfunction and not fire as intended, and as result set something on fire.
I've seen it happen where a cake that fires multiple rounds failed to launch one of its rounds, blew the cake in half, and the remaining rounds were firing horizontally. Nothing was damaged or set ablaze in that situation, but anything is possible, especially in a drought.
Everyone calm down, I was kidding. I'm not even doing fireworks this year, spending fireworks money on gasoline to power the mighty Triumph Bonneville over the hills and thru the woods to the Flight 93 Memorial first thing in the morning with the gf on the back.
Obviously if you're gonna play with fireworks, have a garden hose handy and if it hasn't rained in your town in weeks maybe skip 'em.
Blake, I hope it rains on your area's 4th of July. Not to dampen the spirits, but I'm pretty sure you (and Char/Whatever) know where I'm coming form on this one.
Wish we could have sent some of our area's spring rains your way.
Happy 4th if you can't set off the pyros watch the Macy's NYC celebration on TV it is awe inspiring and anyone that can get on down there and check em out.
