so my wife surprised me with a trip to go see some very good friends of ours in Colorado Springs! It would be FANTASTIC if we had the time and resources to ride out there, but I don't think that's in the cards. Our friends also ride, so I'd like to have a bike for a day or 2 to explore.

anyone know of a decent place to rent from? An HD product would be ok, but they always seem overpriced for the rentals... 2 up is a must.

side note- any Buellers out that way?

Eagle Rider has locations in either Denver, Colorodo Springs or both. I *think* those locations also rent things like Goldwings and BMW GSs.

I've never used them, so I can't comment any further.

they are in Denver only. It appears there is no one in the Springs that rents anymore! There IS an HD dealer about 40 miles south that rents...

Denver is only an hour... not too far to drive, really.

I am in-between Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

I do not know what hd shops do bike rentals but it seemed liked Outpost and Pikes Peak hd did. Outpost was a Buell friendly shop. Pikes peak Hd was openly anti buell.....

The Buell s2 gathering is happening soon so depending on when you are out here I may or may not be here. If the stars line up I would like to buy you a cup of coffee....

outpost does, pikes peak used to.

especially if we end up renting from outpost (and therefore driving south of the springs), it would be great to grab coffee at some point! I'll let you know our schedule as soon as I know it...
