I suggest you put a cable tie around the case to make sure it can not open if the latch fails. One of the thin ones wedged between the lens and the power button. Use R3 mode (60 frames per second). I would use the WP door, and some sort of safety strap just in case. you might also wedge some paper in under the clip on the base if it rattles around like mine does w/ some bases. Use waterproof housing.   Danger_dave Posted on Wednesday, June 08, 2011 - 07:15 pm:        If there is enough mechanical/exhaust noise for the automatic gain software to pick up, it will filter wind nose effectively. If there isn't enough mechanical noise - it will just record wind-age. I use R2 and the door with holes.
