Some of you may have noticed my post in the XBoard looking for used plastics well I got my first part today and here are a few pictures of my progress so far. (remember still work in progress.


Opening the box

All sanded down and cleaned off

First of 3 primer coats (primer for plastic)

After final OD Green paint 3 coats not sure if i am going to touch up logo by hand or take the rubber logo and paint flat white and reattatch

and by the way if any of you have a xbs windscreen or xb front fender you want to get rid of let me know

I say leave the logo - really fits the military look with the overspray effect...

Will,

We had a front fairing for an S in the storage area at Bumpus a while back. I believe it is still there. I think it's red.

PM Tom and see if it's still there.
