You wouldn't think I'd still be worried about heated jackets in the middle of May, but if you lived where I do, you would be too.

I've had a Gerbing's heated jacket for about 6 years, wear it just about everyday except July and August. It finally developed an intermittent open circuit on the right hand glove. Gerbing's advertises a lifetime warranty on the electrics, so I called them. They told me to send it in. Just a bit over a week later I received a brand new one via UPS.

Just love it when a company does what it says it will!!

And that new microwire stuff is the bomb. Thinner and warmer.

I am a believer in Gerbings. Not just the warmth but their customer service is the best that one could hope for.

Sunny had to get a custom-fit set and they did alterations TWICE at no charge. No questions.

That reminds me, my gloves aren't working due to one of the glove connectors on my Gerbing jacket is a little frayed from wear and tear, I'll have to give them a buzz and see what they can do for it.

+1000

I bought a full microwire set a few years ago and it easily extends my riding season by months and makes even the nastiest weather a non-issue....
