I'm looking to get some Buell parts and I have a hard time making it to my local dealer due to work schedule. So email/phone is easier. As corny as it sounds, I placed a few small orders via facebook to Beartooth HD/Buell immediately after they became a sponsor. IIRC, a gentleman named Nick was my main point of contact. Beartooth was one of the first I saw the online customer service from, but it seems that many more sponsors here are offering the same now.
