No one sees the finger wave on my City X... So I just nod at people... Seems really dumb to take my hand off of the handle bar for everyone that waves at me!

Just came back from EEEUUgene, OR.
There was a tool with those same apes heading north on Coburg, the MF'r had a kid on the back! Kid couldn't have been more than 12. When is it appropriate to help Darwin?

What was negative about the guy exactly? I mean, he was a tool because his bike had apes? And then its terrible he had his son riding with him?

There was a post in the, I THINK, Tuber section the other day of a guy that took his very young son for his first ride. So I guess he's a bad guy too?

I couldn't imagine trying to maneuver that thing in any thing other than a straight line, and woe to the passenger's right arm when it hits those pipes.

I talked with a guy at Chilicothe one year at the Easy Rider Rodeo that rode in on one like that. He claims it didn't bother him but I thought it had to be painful to have your arms straight out and bent over at the wrists like that.

That one above wouldn't be that bad if he just had a drag bar in the risers. To each their own I guess.

you assume it was his son.
The kid had a beanie lid on, at least he had a long sleeve hoodie, but there is no way you can compare a Buell rider with a bike that can be kept under control in the case of an emergency maneuver and a "Look at Me, I'm Cool" tool who couldn't get out of his own way if he faced a situation that would require fast action to save the kids hide. JMO your welcome to yours.

It's all in the opinion, mine is that a rider who has to show how cool he is by modifying his bike as to make it unsafe, should not be carrying a passenger.
As an example, I don't know you or how you ride, but I use my front brake for my primary means of stopping, especially in a emergency situation. Look at that picture again and tell me how he is going to get a grip on the brake lever with enough authority to bring that turd to a controlled stop. Like I said it's the opinion, and that's mine.

Sifo that one is classic.

Looks like he may even have forward controls or at least mids.

Dippin' pretty good there.

Hey, now. You forget the optimum method of stopping a bike like that. If you're coming up on an obstacle that you can't stop for, you just gotta lay 'er down to avoid the crash! And that doesn't take any of your silly "front brake" BS the racers spout off about being so superior.

Lay it down to avoid a crash. Makes me laugh every time!
