insurance wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. i got 3.99% financing through my credit union. the color is my favorite on this car!! thinking gold Ralley Stripes might be cool?? haven't gotten it up to speed yet, weather has been crap! thanks everyone! | ||

Great minds think a like! Can't wait to get Julie's on the hwy, but still getting snow. Held her hand this winter as she installed a K&N air charger and a Flowmaster cat back exhaust! That is a totally kick ass color on that car! Congratulations! . . . man I must say that both Ford and Chevy have been faithful enough to the "old" Mustang and Camaro to still some great memories. Have fun ! | ||

Nice, sleez. Is that the Aqua blue color? Or the other blue? I LOVE the aqua blue, so disappointed they discontinued it after only a few months. Sharp ride, have fun with it. | ||

Hey Lee: Here are a couple pics of "Mystic". The nice thing about the cat back system is that the factory exhaust unclamps right behind the cats (no cutting involved), so it keeps the exhaust in once piece and can be reinstalled to factory. The cat backs also eliminate the resonators and have 3" pipes on the SS version. Installation couldn't have been easier, and it sounds awesome! According to their dyno runs, our kit added about 15 rwhp. Everything slides right into place. Bought ours through Classic Industries. As far as forums go, I've only lurked on Camaro5. Probably won't get the kind of quality info that you do from BadWeb.   | ||

A couple weeks ago as we were working our way back to Virginia, looking for some kinfolk down South:  '11 Silverado LT, 5.3 Vortec, etc., etc. (Look close and you can see D modeling in the background...) I pretty much learned to drive on a '49 Chev p/u straight six with a three-on-the-tree - what a difference 62 years makes. Remember my '01 Toyota Tacoma? We've still got it, it still looks like new (185,000-ish miles), and it's now our primary grocery getter - the "LT" designation on the new rig stands for "Limo Truck." Thx for lettin' me post up a pic. I had a '69 Camaro way back in a past life that, as I recall, was the exact same color blue as yours. Nice ride, brudda. FB | ||
