Best thing about St Patricks day ?
The stellar service in the Mexican restuarants.
Best thing about cinqo de Mayo ?
The stellar service in the Irish Pub.

And the absolute absence of woo-girls, and shot bravado drink baffoonery at either venue, for said evenings.

I celebrated SPD by having an American microbrew and sending a donation to Britain's royal family.

To me, St. Paddy's Day means thirteen hours of babysitting the amateurs. Then again, I make a decent amount of cash doing so. I don't really mind the work. Not too many need to actually be thrown out. Besides, St. Padraig is my favorite Welshman.

I don't need an excuse to get a load on I enjoy the pipe bands and fine music and sing alongs as far as amateur night, to me that's New Years eve. I don't do the college thing anymore well never did I do Talamore's DEW and as Mikoleeno says when I drink whiskey I drink whiskey when I drink water I drink water. While growing up in a house with Scottish grandparents and great grandpa they were stout blue noses and Ranger fans to boot so not allot of St. anything was in the house. But I think the old guy Celebrated anyway.
