This got lost because the board was having issues during the time of the quake, so I wanted to start a thread.

Japanese Buellers, everybody OK? Check in and let us know how you are doing, and if there is anything to help.

Reminder to the rest of us, your company may offer matching gifts (mine did, 100% match) for contributions directly to relief for this disaster.

Our prayers are with you, and we mourn with you. Please let us know how we can help!

Night before last I got a message from Kimitaka, the Buell racer I met earlier this year. He lives in Gifu prefecture, near Nagoya which is to the west of Tokyo. I was very relieved to hear he and his family are ok, but it sounds like they have lost contact with many friends.
He was preparing to help with rescue efforts and said they were using bikes to get around. He is concerned about contamination too.
