I just bought a 1973 Honda cl350 Scrambler last night for the low low price of $25. It does run and starts on the 2nd or 3rd kick. Hoping to make it a hardtail in the next up coming weeks. I myself am unable to post pics but will take them and do final pics and video when all done.

I can remember in the mid 60's when I wanted a 305 scrambler so bad I could taste it. Then the 350's came out and I wanted one even more; just couldn't decide if I wanted the red/white or blue/white. It's yours so do what you want. Me, I'd return it to bone stock. Good luck on the project.

I'm still looking for a CL77 305 Scrambler. One of the all time classics . . . I have all the books, service manuals and so forth and they fascinate me.

Congratulations . . .I'll bet you love it!

Pictures !

I googled the bike to find out a little about it and found this:

I have no clue if the ad is current or not.

You guys should check out the "Old's Cool" thread at ADVrider:

There are lots of old bike projects. Some are full-on restorations; some are mod jobs like this one.

This bike I believe is going to be put back to running condition with a little touch put on it. I talked to my father this morning and he told me that he was going to look into getting a bike this spring. Well I want to get this one ready and give it to him to ride. My dad is 73 and he deserves it just from dealing with me and it would be nice to ride side by side because I have never gotten the chance to do that and I want to experience it before I lose the chance.

That bike is missing an oil tank, otherwise it's beautiful.

I have a 73 350 and 450, both CL's although the 350 has street pipes on it right now. They are a barrel of fun. You are going to have a great time with it and one of the best things is that Honda is bring some of the parts back into production.
