I saw a guy at a LSR event in Maine in 09 that turned a trouble head 74" into one of these by using one cylinder to fill the other. You see a lot of wierd and or off the wall stuff at these events. Way cool. I'll see if I have a picture of it.

Yes, it is time to admit to it...

I once paid good money for an Allstate (Sears) 250 twingle. 1966 or 67. Ran and ran, but it was slow and uncomfortable at speeds above about 40mph.

Yeah, it mostly was super comfortable at the speeds it could actually go. Salesman had me convinced it was a two cylinder with a common combustion chamber. One day the head came off, and all was revealed.
