I just heard a news report that pined that he was 'alleged' gunman. WTF! how many people saw him do it? where do all the forensics and cell phone video point? and alleged?!?!? I know a field where he can be buried up to his neck, and the coyotes can take care of the rest. | ||

Personally (as a vet) I think he shouldn't be executed. Before everyone goes ape hear me out. He's paralyzed right? Stick him in a bed somewhere and run "The Sound of Music" or some other type movie on a continuous loop for the next 30 years or so. Maybe throw an Imam (sp?) in there to explain to him how what he did defiles Islam and that he'll burn in hell for all eternity. A quick clean death is too good for a traitor. | ||

They HAVE to call him "Alleged" He has not been found guilty in a court of LAW. Everyone KNOWS he did it but until he's had his court date, he's "Innocent". This reminds me of: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colin_Ferguson_%28con vict%29 Dozens of people saw him aim and fire several times in person but everyone had to call him "alleged L.I. railway murderer" until court. | ||

even if they did give him the death penalty.... it would take Washington State 20 years to pull the trigger on the injections. If he gets it, at least Texas will do it quick and on to the next one. |
