He's 34....50 years would put him at 84. That works for me, put his old decrepit ass out on the curb so we dont have to pay for his upkeep.....hell give him 4-5 years off for good behavior depending on how healthy he is, the less healthy he his the earlier he gets out.

50 years in a federal prison? I don't think it would be a "free ride".

Read the Geneva Law of Landwarfare.
As a terrorist, subversive, spy, pirate, provacateur, supplying means, material intelligence to enemy combatants, non conventional forces, or underground paramilitary agents; he earns a bullet in the head.

Too bad he is a naturalized citizen, and that the US isnt in compliance with the letter of the law of the Geneva Convention though they give it alot of mouth piece play.
Read it, its there. We dont have to interrogate, imprision or try them, they can be put down, where you find them, when you find them.
Hearts and minds of the enemy; one to the head, two to the chest.
Anything less is appeasement.

I thought America (USA) had never ratified all of the Geneva Conventions. (there are several) I could be wrong though. Last spy executed in the UK? Guess the year? (It was also the last execution @ the Tower of London)

That idiot with his sad "bomb".

If he really wanted to kill people, he already had an SUV.
Drive it onto the sidewalk in times square.
Claim the throttle stuck open.
He would have killed a dozen and the cops wouldn't even have taken his license away!

In my state, an elderly woman in a sedan hit a 4 year old girl, launching her in the air like 50 feet.

Punishment? a a fine and probation.

He will probably do a fraction of that time with "good behavior". I know of an 87 year sentence for murder reduced to 13. This jackwagon will probably be out in under 10.

+1 on the bullet to the head!

1941 is right. it wasn't Hess. (he died in Spandau prison in W. Germany.) It was Josef Jacobs. He parachuted into the UK from germany & was shot whilst tied to a chair at the Tower.

While the US has signed the '49, she has not signed most of the Protocols of the '49. You'll see that on the PDF. That would be the part that deals with non-uniform type enemies.

Note: those who are upset that Japan in WW2 had not signed the Geneva Convention, can't really comment here. Actually WW2 Japan had an ICRC office, it just had little freedom.

Remember all the international fuss about what to call the inmates at Guantanamo? That's because the inmates had no recognized status since the US hadn't signed the Protocols.

Remember the not too bad treatment of the inmates? That's because you did most of the training required under the Protocol. The US gov't still left themselves some leeway/independence on how to deal with the inmates by not signing it.

Tough decisions: another difference between war and picnics.

Blake is correct, the "non-uniform type enemies" were, and in many cases, still are, tools of the authoritarian regimes to strike "the west" without getting into direct conflict.

Both China and Russia still support terrorism. We were not dumb enough to buy into the ( all the ) Geneva Convention parts the Soviets wrote to hurt us.

The inmates at gitmo HAVE international legal status.
The guys at gitmo are, or should be if the U.S. law is followed, captured non uniformed combatants. Or spies, pirates, terrorists. All are allowed to be shot instead of captured and if captured, tried and executed. Only politics keeps them from having proper trials, and be done with them. If not one who commits violence, the prisoner can go home at the END OF HOSTILITIES. That's the law. Ask the mullahs when the war is over.

The Uniform is to protect the innocent public. A man wears the uniform to declare his position in reality as a combatant, to his own detriment, to protect civilians. The bad guys hide behind children.

If you need any more reason than that to pick the side of the angels, go f^&%$ yourself.

I don't care about your cause, I don't care about your politics and I don't care about your faith. You want to kill children because it's both easier and you think it will bring about the change you want, you are evil. Your actions violate the tenants of my faith and the agreed conventions of civil society for centuries.

Islam has a serious PR problem because the guys who are evil have claimed the moral high ground in that faith. F&^% them.

Aesqire, I saw that. I can see screening for this in the future. Conservatives will want to genetic treatment to make liberal babies conservative. Liberals will abort conservative babies.

In reality I have my doubts about the validity of this research.

btw, if I'm understanding Blake correctly, I'm pretty sure we're saying the same thing.

The US has not signed that part of the Geneva Convention. Therefore they fall under US law, especially when they are in US territory.

Of course, most of Gitmo were not taken in US territory but there you go. Living in a US camp, with three square, is better than dying in a battlefield to most people.

wow , so you can breed a better voter?

I think the Third Reich had ginned something like this up, maybe you should just skip to the end and tattoo all conservatives and republicans so that the progressive liberal agendists can easily make a determination on your fate.

now maybe they ought to spend more federal money and exume inventors and see if any of them had that gene ..... oh, snap.

quote:

PARIS -- Muslim suicide bombers in Europe are set to begin a three-day strike this week in a dispute over the number of virgins they are entitled to in the afterlife. Emergency talks with al-Qaida have so far failed to produce an agreement.

The unrest began last week when al-Qaida announced that the number of virgins a suicide bomber would receive after his death will be cut by 20 per cent this September, to 60 from 72. The rationale for the cut was the increase in recent years of the number of suicide bombings and a subsequent shortage of virgins in the afterlife.

The suicide bombers union, the Benevolent Organization of Occupational Martyrs (BOOM) responded with a statement that this was unacceptable to its members and immediately balloted for strike action. General Secretary Abdullah Abdullah Abdullah told the press, "Our members are literally working themselves to death in the cause of Jihad. We don't ask for much in return, and to be treated like this is like a kick in the teeth."

Speaking from his shed in from an unknown location in which he currently resides, al-Qaida chief executive Osama bin Laden explained, "We sympathize with our workers concerns, but al-Qaida is simply not in a position to meet their demands. They are simply not accepting the realities of modern-day Jihad in a competitive marketplace. Thanks to Western depravity there is now a chronic shortage of virgins in the afterlife. It's a straight choice between reducing expenditure and laying people off. I don't like cutting wages but I'd hate to have to tell 3,000 of my staff that they won't be able to blow themselves up."

Spokespersons for BOOM in western Europe, the UK, US and Australia stated that the strike would not affect their operations, as "there are no virgins in these areas anyway."

In related news, BOOM admitted that the drop in the number of suicide bombings in the UK was due in part to the emergence of Scottish singing star Susan Boyle - now that young Muslim males know what an actual virgin looks like they are not so keen on going to paradise.

There is hope.

Holland may yet not become a fascist state. Maybe. You may, and only may, be able to tell the truth in public without being prosecuted. Time will tell. Good luck Europe. You need it bad.

So do we. And, lucky us, the good guys are working hard on it, no matter how much this admin. refuses to admit the facts. ( to be fair, the last several didn't either )

Sifo, I too have doubts on the research, but they speculate it's a combination of this gene, AND being popular in high school. So... if screening shows the gene in your child, make him an outcast, and he'll be conservative. Or, if you want an ungrateful drone that won't pay for your old age, support their social status...
