And holy crap do my ankles hurt!!

Got to DC on wednesday, thrusday walked about 10 miles sightseeing, then 68 miles in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk.

That was a life changing experience. I cannot even explain the feeling..

I'll post pictures as soon as I can get them off of the camera. I borrowed a camera from a friend, and my laptop wont take the mini RAM card to get the pictures.

I'll post more later... about to surprise my 3 year old (she doesn't know I'm home yet)

I'm still recovering. I think I may have a mild case of shin splints, but it could be just some muscle injury.
My shins hurt down near my ankles, and my ankles are pretty swollen.

I need this to heal up so I can get back on my weight training schedule!!
