ok, I know it's been around since '08 but I just watched it. Love or hate the man-this is an AMAZING story and movie.Behind every trainwreck is a sequence of events we never hear about. Riveting.

To be honest with you I think if he would not have gotten thrown in the slammer when he was at his prime he would be known as one of the greatest boxers of all time.

Tyson is what happens when you surround yourself with yes men and leaches.

Happens every day in the NFL and NBA.

85% of NFL players are penniless 5 years after leaving the field.

I was young when he was on top. But to me he is probably the last huge name in heavy weight boxing. Yes there was Evander and Lewis but they did not last as long as he did as champ and now heavy weight boxing is not even a big deal any more. The big fights now are the smaller guys.

Boxing is dead.

MMA is so much better with multiple competitors rather than one gilded champ.

I don't even know who fights any more.

I do (when my life isn't collapsing around my ears) TKD and BJJ, so for me it's interesting to see how the moves manifest in real fights.

Boxing, after MMA, just seems sedate. Boring.

I loved it.
Yes, dude has made some piss-poor decisions
But hes had a lot of BS going on around him too.

Like said above, you feel bad for him, and youre disgusted by his life as well.

I recommend this movie to anyone who doesnt mind strong language

I Do not feel sorry for him one bit. I feel sorry that people chose to live and be this way. It is a sad thing to see. I feel bad for the people who have been hurt by him. But true sorrow for the guy, no way. His problem are Largely of his own making. Even after the managers, accountants, possy, etc. he went through millions of dollars and a lot of people as if it were nothing.

He is a sick, sick man. One who is sick mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, who has shown no real desire to get better. I will not be surprised if/when he is found dead in the street, ally, flea bag motel, or crack house. All praise to Alla? Working out real good for him isn't it. What comes around, goes around there Iron Mike.

89% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Although salaries have risen steadily during the last three decades, reports from a host of sources (athletes, players' associations, agents and financial advisers) indicate that:

• By the time they have been retired for two years, 78% of former NFL players have gone bankrupt or are under financial stress because of joblessness or divorce.

• Within five years of retirement, an estimated 60% of former NBA players are broke.
