He rode one of the rescue bikes, a knucklehead with a side truck. Sounded like those riders put in some really long days, but had a ton of fun. Geneva Switzerland to Rennes in NW France, a shade under 500 miles & none of it motorway, mostly single carriageway through the towns & villages.
