Hello BadWeb friends,

This email is being sent as a last ditch effort to retrieve the digital photos from the camera I lost on the big adventure ride I just completed. I'll be posting a ride report soon - 10 days 3015 miles through WTexas/Arizona/Utah/Colorado/NewMexico - on an old airhead AND A ULYSSES XB12X !
I lost the camera about 8 miles East of Page Arizona (LAKE POWELL), just off the South side of the Highway 98 on a sandy dirt turnaround.
THE CAMERA IS YOURS, for whoever finds it.
I just want the pictures on the photocard located inside the camera.
These pics contain my first views of the Grand Canyon, as well as over 100 pics from my best camping trip yet, and would be a priceless treasure for me, should I be able to retrieve them.

Below are the coordinates of the approximate location of the camera.

N 36° 51.064 W 111° 20.018

P L E A S E F O R W A R D T H I S E M A I L !!!

BIG THANKS TO ALL FOR READING THIS SHOT IN THE DARK.

I'll be headed that way on Oct 8th, I'll stop and see if I can find the camera for you. Give me some more info on the spot where you lost it. And your address, so I can send the camera back.

Mike

Check craigslist lost and found as well. I found a set of keys with a garage door opener floating in the surf and had no way to find the owner, so I put an add in the Craigslist lost and found for the area.

Might check ebay and local pawn shops as well...

Thanks all !

The camera was lost on the South or right side of HWY 98 if you were riding out of Page Arizona. It is about 8 miles out of town, at a sandy/dirt turnaround, just off the road (98.)

If you enter the coordinates on Google Earth, or a GPS, it will indicate almost exactly where I parked the bike to wait on my riding buddy and lost the camera.

Motorcycle Mike... PM'ing you.

Thanks again !!

I highly recommend you check out Bogley dot com, go into the forums and start a profile to post your lost camera thread. There are a lot of really good folks (kinda like here) on there outdooring it in the southern Utah area.

Maybe someone knows something about your camera on there.
