The parcel is approximately 1/3 acre. HOA is not included in the house payment. That fee is $600, paid once a year in january. Hell, I'm accustomed to paying 200 a month so that's like nothing at all. I can't sleep thinking about it. |

how about using those tennis courts for some slow speed maneuver practice! Also, everyone is talking about house warming party, I am pretty sure the house has central heat and it can warm itself, I want to know about the "garage warming" party!!!!! Congratulations! |
